About the course

Utilizing the Workplace Well-Being guidebook, available from the Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center, this mentorship program will guide leaders of SUD treatment and recovery organizations in applying trauma-informed principles to support the well-being of their staff and organization.  Each month, participants will have modules of on-demand content, which will include reading and completing portions of the guidebook along with bonus content developed by the Center for Trauma Informed Innovation and the Mid-America ATTC. The month concludes with a live group coaching session to deepen the application of the learning, get feedback on ideas for implementation, and hear how others are working to create cultures of well-being in their organizations. Some group coaching sessions will include guest speakers on relevant topics. Group coaching sessions will not be recorded. Monthly coaching groups will be held from 1-2:30pm Central Time on the following dates via Zoom: April 29 May 20 June 24 July 22 August 26 September 23 Additionally, participants will have the opportunity for an individual coaching session during the final month of the program.
